Address: ASI - One Welbeck Street, Marylebone, London Description of works: We delivered this exclusive 42,000 sq ft private medical facility in collaboration with Welbeck Health Partners creating the country’s largest private specialist facilities for diagnostics, therapies and minimally invasive surgery. The complex fit out and refurbishment scheme required extensive structural and services modifications to accommodate the state of the art specialist medical equipment including two new MRI scanners, one x-ray suite and a CT examination room. A new glazed extension and external terrace open up the Women’s healthcare facility. The tastefully design scheme features high end finishes and bespoke feature joinery throughout, helping to create a unique environment that puts patients first. Ending the week on a high, last Friday the project team at Kew Hostel along with consultants @macegroup took part in #GADOYT with the @thefelixproject Project in their East London kitchen. Paragon partnered with The Felix Project earlier this year, as part of our 'Give a Day of your Time' initiative, which encourages our staff to give a day back to charity. The Felix Project is a London based surplus food distribution charity set up in 2016 and they are on a mission to end hunger and food waste. It was a fun, challenging and rewarding day, filled with laughter. After 4 hours we managed to package over 1400+ meals, cut over 1000+ peppers and crack 700+eggs. Those meals will go to local communities, largely schools, charities and families within the area. Hopefully next time we can break the record for most meals packaged. Collaboration is key, not only on our projects but in everything we do, this goes to show what we can do if we all come together for something bigger than us! #loveconstruction #charitysupport #partnership #collaborate #tilburydouglas #felixproject #stophunger

£12m Project Win for Paragon 🏆 We are delighted to announce that we have secured another Design & Build scheme for a key public sector client.
